Rats

Rats are common enemies found throughout Remixed Dungeon, with several variants that players will encounter.

• Rat - Basic rat enemy
• Albino Rat - Special variant with unique mechanics (bleeding effect)
• Black Rat - Dark-furred rat variant (custom mob implemented via JSON configuration)
• Giant Rat Skull - Quest item dropped by Fetid Rat
• Fetid Rat - Poisonous rat variant that emits toxic gas clouds
• Suspicious Rat - Unique rat variant that transforms into Pseudo Rat when threatened
• Pseudo Rat - Dangerous creature that emerges from Suspicious Rat's transformation

• HP: Generally low to moderate
• Damage: Moderate for their level
• Behavior: Usually non-aggressive until approached
• Drop Rate: Varies by rat type, typically low-value items or food

• Sewers: Most common location for basic rats
• Other levels: Various rat variants appear throughout the dungeon
• Guts Level: Suspicious Rats, Zombie Gnolls, and Worms (levels 26-30)
• Special areas: Certain rat variants appear in specific themed areas

• Rats are generally early-game enemies
• Can pose a threat in groups
• Some variants have special abilities (poison, disease, etc.)
• Generally worth fighting for experience and drops
• Suspicious Rats should be killed quickly before they can transform into Pseudo Rats
