The Portal Shrine Level is a special level in Remixed Dungeon that features town guards and a portal-related object. This level serves as a shrine or gateway with magical properties.

• Town Guards - Provides security and lore (4 instances)
• Townsfolk Movie NPC - Provides dialogue about the cinema (1 instance)

• Portal Gate Receiver - A portal-related object positioned at coordinates (17, 7)

• Based on tileset: tiles_town_outside_wntr.png
• Features a shrine-like layout with portal mechanics
• Contains TownGuardNPCs at positions (16,11), (18,11), (15,20), (15,22) and a TownsfolkMovieNPC at (10,6)

• This level is safe with friendly NPCs
• Contains portal mechanics that may be part of larger quest or transportation systems
• Town guards provide lore and atmosphere similar to the main Town Level
