Enchantments
Enchantments are special magical properties that can appear on weapons in Remixed Dungeon, providing additional effects beyond their base damage and stats.
List of Enchantments
- Fire - Chance to set enemies on fire on hit
- Horror - Chance to cause enemies to flee in terror
- Instability - Random enchantment effect on hit
- Leech - Heals you for a portion of damage dealt
- Luck - Increases damage with a chance for extra damage
- Paralysis - Chance to stun enemies on hit
- Piercing - Chance to hit additional enemies behind the target
- Poison - Chance to poison enemies on hit
- Slow - Chance to slow enemies on hit
- Swing - Hits all adjacent enemies when wielded with two hands
- Death - Chance to instantly kill non-boss enemies on hit
Identification
- Enchantments are hidden until a weapon is identified
- Identified weapons will show their enchantment name
- Cursed weapons have negative enchantments (curses)
Acquisition
- Applied automatically when upgrading weapons with Scrolls of Upgrade
- Process is random - you don't choose which enchantment is applied
- Higher-level weapons have a higher chance to receive an enchantment when upgraded
- Only applies to weapons that can receive enchantments
Strategy
- Identify weapons to reveal enchantments before use
- Higher-level enchantments have stronger effects
- Consider your playstyle when choosing weapons with specific enchantments
- Some enchantments synergize well with specific hero classes
