The Horror enchantment has a chance to inflict the Terror status effect on enemies when they are hit by the weapon. Terror causes enemies to flee in fear.

1. The chance to terrorize an enemy is based on the weapon's level
2. When triggered, applies the Terror status effect for a duration
3. Terrorized enemies will attempt to move away from the hero
4. Some enemies may be immune to fear effects
